PROSPER How it Works
How it works

The interactive figure below illustrates the three tiers of the State Partnership, as well as the State Partnership’s connection to the National PROSPER Network.

Each PROSPER State Partnership supports multiple community sites, which are each represented by their own Community Team. A team of Prevention Coordinators links the Community Teams with the State Management Team. In order to ensure success, the PROSPER State Partnership receives ongoing support from the National Network Team via regular contact with the State Management Team.

PROSPER Community Teams:
Sustain high-quality implementation of evidence-based programming year after year

Prevention Coordinator Team:
Serves as a Community Team’s “coach,” providing ongoing proactive technical assistance

State Management Team:
Coordinates implementation across community sites
and conducts process and outcome evaluation

PROSPER Network Team:
Provides training and ongoing technical assistance on all
aspects of Model implementation and evaluation to each
