Iowa's first Learning Community meeting was held at the Extension Services Building on October 14, 2004.
The theme was; A vision for PROSPER: Making a Difference.

Topics included PROSPER accomplishments to date, and activities for the next two years in the PROSPER core project.

Also discussed was the expansion of the PROSPER core in Iowa and Pennsylvania, and in early adopter states.
